We understand that you might be thinking hard about your travel plans right now. We want to provide flexibility so you are confident to go ahead with making plans, knowing you can adjust your arrangements as needed. So, we are introducing our Book with Confidence Guarantee.

Between now and the end of 2022, any language course booked with Kaplan or Alpadia that is affected by coronavirus by either government-imposed travel restrictions, school closure or contracting COVID-19 when you are planning to travel, can be deferred at no extra cost – including summer surcharges or seasonal price differences – to any date in the next 6 months. If your departure is postponed due to Coronavirus-related reasons as described above, Kaplan will refund the registration fee, including placement fees for accommodation. So, you have the maximum flexibility to enjoy the great experience of language travel when you want. If your study plans are changed because of testing positive for coronavirus, government-imposed travel restrictions or school closures due to lockdowns, you can postpone your course by up to 6 months (a maximum of 2 times in 12 months) at no extra cost (including summer surcharges or seasonal price differences) or get a full refund of any fees paid.
